A never-before experience of attending a six-day Space School Programme at US Space and Rocket Centre, right where the action lies.
The tour is exclusively designed to inspire, excite and motivate the students about Science and Space Research. The Space camp provides students ( 12 to 18 years) knowledge about the latest developments in space research through specially designed training sessions, interaction with NASA scientists, engineers, astronauts and more.
Students get an opportunity to experience and learn at well designed Mission Control Centers and Virtual Space Station Facility which comprises life-size model of the International Space Station and Space Shuttles used for astronaut training.
During this week at US Space Academy the students immerse in the science and technology of the space program. Throughout 06 days, students explore topics in science and technology in innovative ways while challenging and improving inter-personal skills such as team work and communication.
The course is certified by the State of Alabama. The Advanced Space Academy program is a college-accredited program through the University of Alabama-Huntsville.
All Space Academy students explore these concepts in 4 core areas-Space History, Astronaut Training, Simulated Missions, Robotics designing. |
